⁣mktyw kmt (Defenders of the Black Land) - Episode 2 - Culture: The Immune System

Mwacha mila ni mtumwa.
He who abandons his culture is a slave. — Swahili proverb

The churches came down. Something else went up in their place.

Across Abibiman, a generation is being taught to carry themselves as someone else's children. A body that forgets itself stops recognizing what doesn't belong — and that is exactly the opening the enemies of the Black Land have been preparing for, this time will attempt to use their quietest door yet. They've spent decades preparing the one who'd hold it open — someone they think the community would never turn away.

But something is shifting on the ground. The family doesn't move alone. The community is ready to put skin in the game and choosing to participate in destroying Black Powerless systems in exchange for Black Powerful ones. This unification is happening just in time, as an even bigger storm is brewing.

⁣Link Up Podcast — Ep 13 | Ft Ɛna Njideka Karmo (Wombmanhood, Fawohodiesua & Repatriation)
Hosts: Niara Esi Ìjèawelē Ọmọlará Kwento & Bakari Kwadwo Ọbatayé Kwento

Akɔaba, Woezɔ, Oɔbaake (welcome) to another episode of Link Up Podcast, where we connect with Abibifoɔ (Black People) doing Black powerful work across Abibiman (the Black Land) and the diaspora.

In this episode, we Link Up with Ɛna Njideka Karmo, a Blacktastic educator, warrior scholar, mother and builder whose work centers Wombmanhood, Black-centered education, and the journey back home to Abibiman. Ɛna Njideka takes us through her path from the Midwest in the snakkkes, to her educational travels, and the Black study that helped sharpen her sense of self, purpose, and service.

We discuss the development of Fawohodiesua, her work teaching young sisters into Wombmanhood, the need for rites of passage, Motherland Immersion, livit, and the importance of preparing our young people mentally, spiritually, and physically for who they are. The conversation also answers why repatriation requires more than talk — it requires an exit plan, a village, and institutions strong enough to raise the next generation Black to Black.

This is a conversation about Wombmanhood, Fawohodiesua, repatriation, ancestral guidance, and the work required to build the educational and cultural foundations our daughters and future generations deserve.

If you would like to support the ongoing BlackPowerful work discussed, feel free to reach out to Ɛna Njideka Karmo: www.fawohodiesua.com / fawohodiesua@gmail.com

Link to Video Recording SSS #60 UNBLOCKING FAMILY ROADBLOCKS TO LIBERATION!
https://www.abibitumi.com/prod....uct/roadblocks/?kmt=

Feel free to share your thoughts, and Link Up!

⁣Episode 1 — The Price of Division

"When two brothers fight, a stranger inherits the land."

An ongoing land dispute between two traditional rulers has the local population in disarray. Meanwhile, the United Nations are coming up with a plan to extract a very rare mineral (which has the potential of advancing their technological ambitions 10x more than gold, cobalt, bauxite and diamonds combined). With an existing foothold in the local presbyterian churches, the UN look to leverage disloyal (phenotypically) Black preachers to assist with obtaining access to the land without causing a fuss with the local community. Fortunately the Nananom are well aware of this ploy, and alert mktyw kmt (Defenders of the Black Land), who immediately take action.

They bring us through their 31 years journey of love, family, consciousness, and return.

We discuss Agya Kwadwo’s New Jersey upbringing, Mama Kenya’s roots in Newport News, Virginia, their Hampton University love story, their marriage on Hampton’s campus, military life, raising children, and the powerful role of Know Thyself Bookstore in Tacoma as a community space that deepened their consciousness. The conversation also moves through Agya Kwadwo’s first trip to Ghana, the spiritual connection to his great-grandmother, buying land for generations yet unborn, joining the xmnw Medjay Community, Mama Kenya preparing for her first Sankɔfa Journey, and the legacy they are building so their children and future generations have an ancestral option to return, grow, and live as whole Black people.

This is a conversation about raised consciousness becoming raised behavior, Black love as institution, and the work required to bring the whole family Black home.

Feel free to share your thoughts, and Link Up!
