All day, ayday, bwoi!
The first sparring session is a 2nd degree Black Belt Karate-based fighter vs a Capoeira based fighter. Very interesting. Enjoy!
(Capoeira is me with the locs wearing RBG. The opponent with black and white stripes is a 2nd Degree Black Belt and Karate instructor, Samuel Obeng, here in Ghana. No karate instructors were overly harmed in the filming of this video. He starts using his karate only at about the 2 minute mark. The sparring goes to about 8:25 for a good 6 minutes to see how the two work out in a head-to-head clash!)
