Note: Per text on video, i disagree with the usage of "Broken English" as that reduces our Black Languages and takes away our agency. It has a eurasian colonialist and racist origin. It's their perspective on how they look down on our languages, and we need to stop using their concepts as that has us self-discriminate. That aside, this is a great song covering the injected oppression of destroying one's melanin through skin lightening cancer creams.

⁣This is a poem for Nana Benkos Bioho. He was a Black Freedom Fighter in the spanish colony of nueva granada which is in the present day neo-colony of colombia in Southern Abya Yala (indigenous name for "the americas"), in the late 1590s and early 1600s, and was known for leading the charge with other ⁣Abibifoɔ (Black people) to fight our captor enemy and establish free Black societies in the Caribbean region of the Abya Yala mainland. The poem contains a sprinkling of words from our Abibiwiase (Black World) languages such as Twi & Palenkero.

The Mis-Education of the Negro – Carter G. Woodson (Audiobook)

The Mis-Education of the Negro by Dr. Carter G. Woodson is one of the most influential works in Black intellectual history. First published in 1933, this book exposes how colonial and Eurocentric education systems shape Black consciousness, distort self-image, and reinforce psychological dependence.

In this audiobook, Woodson challenges listeners to rethink education, leadership, culture, and liberation—arguing that true freedom begins with mental decolonization and self-knowledge.

This audiobook is shared for educational and historical purposes, supporting African-centered learning, Black political education, and the preservation of revolutionary Black thought.

📘 This audiobook is essential for:
• Students of Black history and education
• Pan-Africanists and cultural organizers
• Educators and lifelong learners
• Anyone seeking to understand systemic indoctrination and liberation

🎧 Listen carefully. This book is not meant to entertain—it is meant to awaken.

Our steamed elder, Mama Marimba Ani addresses the crowd during the closing remarks of the National Race 1st Convention in Baltimore, Maryland, 2025.

In this powerful address, Mama Marimba Ani calls us to recapture the tradition of African sovereignty that was lost when leadership lost vision and accommodation replaced determination.

She reminds us that:
𓅃𓇴 We are at war for our people — a matter of life and death.
𓅃𓇴 African people cannot find safety in systems built by our oppressors — true security is only through African power.
𓅃𓇴 Our children must be raised as leaders, visionaries, and protectors, prepared for sovereignty worldwide.
𓅃𓇴 Liberation is not a weekend activity — it must become a way of life.

This message is more than words — it’s a call to organize, unify, and build systems that ensure our future. 💚❤🖤

🌍 African sovereignty is not optional — it is our path to survival and victory.

⁣Pan-Abibiwiase (Black World) musical collaboration when the marimba meets the balafon, and Abibifoɔ across the ocean re-connect. The marimba is from Abibiman developed in 'colombia' by Abibifoɔ and the main instrument of the Black genre from the southern hemisphere called Currulao. The balafon is an ancient Abibiman instrument heavily found in the present day countries of the ancient Mali empire, such as Senegal as represented here. Currulao players have theorized the marimba is a descendant of the balafon, reconstructed in the Choco rainforest of the Southern hemisphere from the memory ⁣Abibifoɔ had of back home. The marimba player is Hugo Candelario, from Guapi, Cauca, and one of the country's best marimba players.

Currulao is the main traditional genre of Abibifo⁣ɔ music out of the Southern Pacific Coast of 'colombia' and Northern Pacific Coast of 'ecuador'. This group is specifically from Timbiqui, Cauca, a Pacific Coastal town in the biogeographic Choco region. Timbiqui is also the name of the river where the community of Timbiqui is located. This song is about singing to the river asking for a safe passage, to let them go up the river, don't drown us (no me vayas a hogar), don't wet us (no me vayas a mojar), let me go up (dejame subi'). This is a continuation of evidence of our Kmtyu worldview regardless of location and colonial language. Reverence and respect for nature, the oceans, the rivers, and the source of life, water. This can be seen as a libation song for traveling up the Timbiqui river safely. The main instrument is the marimba, made from the palm trees in the Choco rainforest, and said to be a reconstructed descendant of the balafon made by Abibifo⁣ɔ in a new context. We carried Abibiman with us!

Las Caras Lindas is a famous song by the ⁣renown Black Boricua singer, Ismael Rivera. It is a song that gave us Abibifo⁣ɔ from the spanish-terrorized regions of the world much pride in our Blackness. The Beautiful Faces of My Black People!

Lyrics translated to english:

A la le, a la le, a
la lee, la la le le

The beautiful faces
of my Black people
Are a parade of
blossoming molasses
That when it passes
in front of me, my heart rejoices
In their Blackness

The beautiful faces
of my dark-skinned race
Hold tears, sorrow,
and pain
They are the truths
that life challenges
But they carry much
love within

We are the molasses
that laughs
The molasses that
cries
We are the molasses
that loves
And in every kiss,
it is moving

That's why I live
proud of their color
We are kind,
dark-skinned people, with clear poetry
They have their
rhythm, they have melody
The beautiful faces
of my Black people

The beautiful faces
(how beautiful, but), the beautiful faces (but look how beautiful
they are)
The beautiful faces
of my Black people
They have, they
have, they have, they have tears, much melody, I tell you
They have beauty and
they also have very beautiful poetry

The beautiful faces,
the beautiful faces
The beautiful faces
of my Black people
Beautiful faces of
Black people, of which I have many in my calm moments
The beautiful faces
of my Black people are a blast

The beautiful faces,
the beautiful faces (how beautiful they are)
The beautiful faces
of my Black people
We are, I tell you,
the molasses that laughs, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, that sings and that
cries
And in every kiss,
very moving and captivating

The beautiful faces
(beautiful, beautiful), the beautiful faces (beautiful, beautiful,
beautiful, how beautiful they are)
The beautiful faces
of my Black people
I tell you that in
Portobelo, Panama, I saw the most beautiful and pure face
And that's why my
heart rejoices in its Blackness, that one is truly beautiful

The beautiful faces,
the beautiful faces
The beautiful faces
of my Black people (it sounds)

How beau-, how
beau-, how beautiful they are
Pure Blackness
How beau-, how
beau-, how beautiful they are

The beautiful faces,
the beautiful faces (but how beautiful they are)
The beautiful faces
of my Black people

Listen to me, but
how They are beautiful
They are pretty,
they are lovely
They are beautiful,
how pretty they are
Pretty as you'll
see, that's how they are
Pretty faces like
that one that tells you with a playful tease
A sweet, playful
tease with your sweet, melon-like heart

For the pretty faces
of Llorens Torres
Tell them, Mario

How pretty, how
pretty, how pretty, how pretty, how lovely they are
How beautiful they
are, very beautiful, how lovely they are, how pretty they are
Pretty faces,
pretty, pretty they are, take me!

How pretty they are,
they are pretty
But how pretty they
are, but how pretty they are
How pretty they are,
they are pretty

Many pretty faces
But how pretty, how
pretty, how pretty they are, here they come!

For all the pretty
faces of latin america

But how pretty, but
look how pretty the pretty faces are
Of my Black people,
there are so many
The pretty faces,
the pretty faces
The pretty faces of
my Black people

A parade of
Blackness, of the pure kind that comes from down there
The pretty faces of
my Black people, they are a playful tease
The pretty faces,
the pretty faces
The pretty faces of
my Black people

Molasses that
laughs, molasses that laughs, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha
Oh, that sings and
that cries
And in every kiss,
so moving
But how pretty

⁣La Historia de Jordan Anderson - The Story of Jordan Anderson told in Spanish by a group of brothas in the southern hemispheric country neocolonially known as colombia. Jordan Anderson was a former captive that was asked to return to the death camp (plantation) of his captor after the abolition of captivity because of his skill set. Brother Jordan wrote an extensive letter published in a newspaper, to include requesting his and his wife's current salary be back-paid for the 30+ years (his) and 20 years (hers) they worked for free on the death camp and other conditions that must be met such as ensuring the good treatment of his family, and a school for Black children in the area, before accepting to return there, and if they could not be met, he'd reject the offer.
