Bla Xit Family, we have had many inquiries about Medium and Large investment opportunities in Realty and Property pre development. He was so accommodating and wonderful even offering us a sumptuous feast of my favorite Gambian food including Findi. He told us about some project but the one that interested us the most was his very own one. We went to Kairaba Avenue, Westfields an excellent location in the heart of a business center that is central to every facility beaches and commercial business and banks. It is off the main road and close to a local stadium used by local people. He plans to build an apartment block housing 32 rooms with a potential expansion opportunity it has mainly 2 bedroom apartments and 3 single rooms . Each apartment will be fully furnished and will have a Living room with TV and two bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms, with air conditioning, Wifi etc. And investment opportunity including commercial business opportunities below including a mini market and restaurant and laundry facility. This is an brilliant opportunity to have a place to stay and a great investment at the same time.
