Racism is not taught, it is a natural part of the European psychology and biochemical. When you racially mix with White people you are creating more racist!

So called "Cargo Cults" are a phenomena on the Melanesian islands that began in the early 1900's after the natives of the islands were exposed to foreign soldiers that flooded the pacific during World Wars 1 and 2.
