Dr. Okunini Talawa Adodo is a Jamaican Pan-Afrikanist scholar who focuses on Afrikan history, Afrocentric theory, and Afrikan language.
In Part 4 of this insightful reasoning, Dr. Okunini Talawa Adodo explores why the Black consciousness movement has struggled to create real change. He argues that the overemphasis on acquiring information—rather than applying it—has stalled progress. According to Dr. Talawa, true transformation begins when knowledge is paired with intentional action that benefits the collective.

What you’re describing—this gap between knowing and doing, this "contrary-diction" that my father mentioned—that’s exactly why Nana Abibifahodie (Nana Kamau Kambon) developed the Kambondigm. Not just to talk about Black consciousness, but to live it. Operationalize it. Build real Black Power through structured, targeted action.
Because real Abibifahodie isn’t one-dimensional. It’s not “I know this historical fact” or “I read that book.” The Kambondigm lays out eight interlocking areas we must get right—simultaneously:
Psychology – deal with the mental chains and rewrite the program
Culture/History – not just learn it, but live it daily
Economics – redirect your money to Black hands, not enemies
Education – no more sending children to learn to be imitation krakkkaz
Health – stop dying at the enemy’s dinner table and in their hospitals
Spirituality – leave the imaginary krakkka on a stick and the rock in the desert and come back to your own
Social – organize strong families, strong communities
Political – build power that serves us, not the system
Anything short of this is isft.
You mentioned how some still walk around with blonde weaves, false hair, suits, false pride—all while enrolled in so-called “Afrocentric” programs as pointed out by Mambo Ama Mazama. That’s not shocking—it’s what happens when the Kambondigm isn’t applied. Because when you try to fit new information into an old identity, you get contradiction. You get resistance. You get people hoarding facts while still trapped in isft.
So yes, what you're touching on is critical. But we have to go further than identifying the problem. We need the solution to the number problem on the planet earth.
The Kambondigm is the methodology on the liberation train to Abibifahodie in psychology, culture, economics, education, health, spirituality, social life, and political structure.
Abibitumi. Abibifahodie. Kambondigm. Total commitment. Zero confusion.
Excellent innerview responses!
