Ghana is one of the most expensive countries to live in Africa.
The price of essential goods and services has increased sharply since the beginning of the pandemic.
"It’s too much for us," some say, adding that the situation has become unbearable.
Rising fuel and food prices are affecting all parts of society. In the last four months the price of drinking water has risen twice.

Ghana needs to slow down and curb the importing of foreign good products and promote more local good products.
For example, Ghana is a great producer of rice but yet we import rice from China and other Asian countries; why???
Ghana has a growing, booming textile/fashion industry but yet we import second hand clothes from Europe and America; why???
