In this episode of KOK LIVE, we discuss the complex narrative of freedom and its implications throughout history, exploring the intersection of Christianity and colonialism while examining how these forces have shaped the lives of many from the colonial era to modern times.

We also delve into contemporary political landscapes, reflecting on figures like Donald Trump and the influence of African leaders in the ongoing quest for true liberation. Are we genuinely free, or are we merely dancing to the rhythm of old powers?

If you are in the cold snowy tundra of Europe where you have to wear suits and coats to keep warm and I am in the sunny hot weather of Afrika where I have to wear less clothes to keep cool,
Is the person who is living in Europe more civilized because he wears more clothes to keep himself warm than the Afrikan who has to wear less clothes to keep himself cool?

“In all my travels in the United States, Europe and all the civilized world.”
When he said “civilized world” he meant United States, Canada, Europe and countries where white people are the overwhelming majority in their population.

“Did the British leave too early?”
It is always the African who have a “Dr.” in front of their name, a PhD in the last of their name, Havard educated, Yale educated, Oxford educated, Paris educated that always spew out the pro-colonial and pro-slavery talking points, “Did the British and our colonial masters leave too early?,” and “the British and our colonial masters left too early,” into the minds of young Afrikans.

“Did the British leave too early?”
What kind of question is that.
There are Africans today who still really really believe deep in their hearts that the British and other European colonial imperialists left too early out of Africa;
that the British should have stayed in Africa and finished the job, the job of civilizing the “African”.
