Paralysis of analysis., yup! That what's been eating away at my immediate family like I was mentioning in Kantanka part 5. You have to go, be, do, get into and align with the flow of it, become, live it, breathe it, think it, wear it, speak it, stand by it and uphold yourself to it!

If there's something you see that you hope for positively change in, then go and change it...become part of the answer! You can't just point at something from afar and say, "that needs to be better, that needs to change, these people need to do it differently" and expect anything to happen. One of my brothers is notorious for saying, "Well, I can only hope that the future generations can change things." ....and I'm like, NO way am I going to place the burden on them alone! We all deserve to live our magnificence! Our future children, ourselves, our parents, our grandparents, our greats and ancestors and nation all deserve it. I owe it to everyone before me and after me to keep up the power.

There was a former admin at Abibitumi that used to always want to dump what he could have done himself onto the next generation. Very annoying, but then, that's why we build institutions so that even if one set of hands is taken away, the work still continues.
