The Archaic Humans of West Afrika
The video challenges the idea that modern West Africans primarily descend from ancient West Africans, pointing to the Ogolian hyper-arid period and dominance by archaic humans. Despite the existence of "ghost archaic DNA," modern West Africans trace their ancestry to the Shum Laka culture, not the archaic humans. Recent studies by Arun Durvasula and Sriram Sankararaman suggest introgression by an unidentified archaic hominin, contributing 2 to 19% of present-day Africans' ancestry. Specific genes with high archaic segment frequencies prompt the need for further analysis of modern and ancient African genomes. Despite attempts to misinterpret data for racist agendas, Marc Lipson et al.'s findings indicate modern West Africans derive 2% from archaic humans, 10% from the first Homo Sapien Sapiens in Africa, and 88% from a Hapi River Valley continuum.

I know that there were different hominids living on this planet at different locations hundreds of thousands years ago. And it has been scientifically proven that Afrkans are the only race of humanoid species that did not interact with Neanderthals and Denivosen species; and thus Afrikans are the only race of humanoid species that don’t have Neanderthals DNA or Denivosen DNA. I know that all modern human species can interbreed and reproduce with each other; but sometimes I be thinking since Afrikans are the only race of humans on the planet who do not have Neanderthal DNA or Denivosen DNA, I be thinking is the Afrikan race and other races of humans on the planet the same; are we Afrikans really of the same human species as other races of people on the planet.
