Love the View!! How long did this process take and what's the average contractor cost to clear/build a road and pad?

That all varies. It’s all on a case by cases basis. If you have a piece of land here, or plan to get a piece then assess that land, with the local people around that will assist you with all the unforeseen circumstances and challenges.
