This is recipe that I definitely have to perfect, however I felt it was still worthy of sharing. Loaded with veggies and full of flavor. Quick, easy, and tasty!!
Left overs were used as veggie burgers!! Children loved them...mission accomplished!!

Those would be great with a bowl of hot grits seasoned with vegan bullion, Salt and pepper for breakfast.
That southern accent is so soothing to hear..and I immediately knew that I was about to witness some deliciousness. I think they turned out good, plus they were well seasoned. That’s the most important part! Save me a plate next time!
