Newly-appointed MK Party Secretary-General, Floyd Shivambu says he is humbled by the opportunity to be appointed in this position.
Shivambu says it would not be correct to say the appointment was a reward for bringing former EFF members.
The appointment was announced by party president Jacob Zuma, following the resignation of Dr Sifiso Maseko.
Shivambu says his role in the position is to consolidate all the tasks of the party.
