Jean-Jacques Dessalines learning from experience of the ā€œBig Whitesā€constantly undermining and reversing every freedom, abolition, emancipation, civil rights and liberation won, Jean-Jacques Dessalines gave the order for all the whites in Haiti should be killed, even women and children.

If it wasnā€™t for the Haitian Revolution, more than half of the United States of America would be under French control, rule, occupation and domination.
The Haitian Revolution is the reason why the French left America. The vast expenditures of French blood and the French treasury used in fighting the enslaved Africans in Haiti, convinced Napoleon Bonaparte to cut his losses in Haiti and focus his conquest on European Wars.
And to help achieve that pursuit, Napoleon Bonaparte sold the vast land of Louisiana, known in history as the Louisiana Purchase, to the United States.
