This extended English cut runs nearly twice the length of the Japanese dub, giving you deeper access to the world of Katunga, the forest of Igbo Irunmale, and the rise of a boy who transforms from outcast to protector. Trials of the Spear is a co-production between Comic Republic and Toei Animation, blending West African storytelling with Japanese animation craftsmanship to create something the world has never seen before: African myth told with the scale and ambition of the greatest anime traditions.
