Seats at the Table: Historic Diaspora Representation and the Right to Repatriation

Who has a seat at the table when Ghana designs policies for historic Diasporans? Ɔbenfo Ọbádélé Kambon asks whether formal historic Diaspora representation in policymaking could identify legal and practical problems before announcements, strengthen trust, and ensure accountability to those most affected.
