Dangote has helped other Blakcks get into the cement business around Africa, he owns the company, his IPO is to raise money for expansion which the West especially the Americans will not like one bit. Native Africans are running his refineries, they will start their own many people will splinter from Dangote and the West doesnt like it but the only reason they USA is open to Nigeria is becuase BRICS..just like the only reason Blacks in America got civil rights because the Soviet Union was telling African and Asians nations look at America they dont like you.
