The fact of the matter is whites don't want Blacks to leave the u.s. for fear of Blacks using their skills and talents acquired in helping to industrialize the u.s to help industrialize an all black nation, especially those in Africa, and develop them militarily to the degree that they could defend themselves against the inevitable invasion, usurpation, and occupation of Africa when whites are ready to do the same thing that they did to america to Africa, and this time finish what they started centuries ago. The other aspect of this is that if Blacks remain in the u.s., whites will continue to contrive all types of schemes for depopulation to ensure that the Black population never reaches a level that could jeopardize white dominance and control politically and militarily.
