Other races come to Afrika with an entirely different mindset and bank account than Black people do.

Obviously whites want to prevent blacks outside of Afrika from recognizing the advantages of living and building up a continent dominated in numbers by blacks, and also being the most resource rich continent, whites want to eliminate anyone from assisting in the empowerment of African nations and enhancing their capabilities to defend themselves from whites' ongoing missions to usurp the entire continent and its resources.
