Neanderthals did not originate in Africa.
Neanderthals originated and evolved outside of Africa.

Africans=Black Africans have the least Neanderthal DNA (zero %). Europeans and Asians have the highest proportion of Neanderthal DNA (up to 5%-6%).

Neanderthal DNA is most prevalent among people of non-African descent, with those of European and Asian ancestry typically carrying around 1% to 5% of Neanderthal DNA. Some studies suggest that certain populations, particularly those from East Asia, may have slightly higher percentages, sometimes approaching 8%-10% of Neanderthal DNA.

Location: The 'home country' of the Neanderthals is well known to have been Europe, particularly western Europe. One source says that they "dominated this area for at least a quarter of a million years". Many of the best Neanderthal specimens have originated from the Iberian Peninsular.
The Neanderthals lasted longest in the Iberia Peninsula and their DNA appears higher in Europe, up to 5% in some people.

The pure Africans=Black Africans have no detectable Neanderthal DNA in original and in isolated Black African populations.

What Neanderthal DNA that exists in African populations is more of a recent mixtures with Europeans, Asians, middle Eastern and Siberian peoples.

Neanderthals were not originally from Africa. Neanderthals did not originate in Africa.

Neanderthals originated and evolved outside of Africa.

Neanderthals originated and evolved in Europe and Asia.

Genetic and scientific research and evidence have proven that pure Africans=Black Africans are the only group or race of people who don’t have the Neanderthal DNA. Europeans and Asians, have significant amounts of Neanderthal DNA, from 1-5% of Neanderthal DNA.
