Could Jamaica's crime and violence be linked to word spells??

Anyone following this page for a while now knows that I work with the LIGHT. The darkness on our island has been so heavy lately, that I was inspired to commence in- person Light Meditations to assist in bringing in more light to this island!!

This morning I receieved a nudge from Spirit to share this potentially contraversial piece.
The following quote from Coach Reggie Brown on IG convinced me to share it:

"Question anything that triggers you, then question your emotions and then you will begin to confront your trauma and heal"

It is my hope that this conversation will perhaps inspire us to change our verbiage to something a little more uplifting. Words have power!!!
