The Black child functions as property of the EU/US/Israel from Nigeria to the United States of America, the African child is not being educated but he is being trained to a vassal of Western Hegemony which is White Hegemony is which White Domination and Black suborindation, that is why the West (Whites) even with a shrinking population have a strangle hold on Africa, Caribbean and 47 million Africans in the United Snakes of Europe.
