Was the God of Israel married? Inscriptions from the Sinai pair Yahweh with "his Asherah," a Canaanite mother goddess worshipped across the ancient Near East.

YES. YAHWEH, THE GOD OF ISRAEL HAS A WIFE!!!

It’s interesting how Yahweh, the god of Israel lost his consort-wife, Ashera, but when he became the god of the Christians, Yahweh (kinda) regained his consort-wife through the Virgin Mary.
According to Christians, they say the Virgin Mary is not Yahweh, the god of Israel’s, wife, but she did have a child with him, and she is known as the “Mother of God.”
The other overlaps of Ashera and the Virgin Mary are very interesting. They are both motherly, protective and fertility figures. Ancient Israelites would pray to Ashera and Christians pray to the Virgin Mary to intercede on their behalf with Yahweh, the god of Israel.
Yes, Ashera was erased from the strict monotheistic religion of Judaism, but it looks like she(almost)
re-emerged in a new form in Christianity.

ASHERA, THE WIFE OF YAHWEH, THE GOD OF ISREAL!!!

Archeological evidence strongly suggests that the Ancient Israelite, for many centuries worshipped their Yahweh, and Yahweh had a consort-wife and her name was Asherah.

And it is worth noting that the biblical hostility towards Asherah, the goddess of the Ancient Israelite, by reformists kings and prophets are much later, according to archaeological evidence.

Who is Asherah?
Asherah was an ancient Canaanite (ancient Israel) mother goddess whom archaeological discoveries and historical studies suggest was viewed as the consort or wife of Yahweh by early ancient Israelites during the Iron Age, before strict monotheism worship of Yahweh took root.
