African/Black American history does not begin with slavery. The east African Nile Valley civilization (now known as Ethiopia, Sudan, Egypt and others) was arguably the greatest of all time, this video gives a brief breakdown on how the African ancestors explained the creation of the world in their Metu Neter (Writngs of God).

This is knowledge everyone should already know so share it with anyone who may have ever wondered what the ancestors believed in. Gratitude goes to BlackNine Films for the source content.

A very heavy day filled with reconnecting to my Ancestors. We visited the Assin Manso (site of "The Last Bath" as well as 'The First Bath Of Return'), and Elmina dungeon.

We rounded out the evening strong with a special attendance of Olusegun Obasanjo, the once president of Nigeria. I couldn't capture it all on film, of course, but he has a lot of motivational words for us all that night.

Hijo del Sol (Son of the Sun) is a song interpreted by Balanta Asante inspired by the book "Moors on the Coast" written by the Afrikan "colombian" author Alberto Angola.

Balanta Asante is an ⁣Afrikan from the Northern hemisphere who migrated to Boriken (Puerto Rico), learned Boricua Spanish and spitting Pan-Afrikan and Kmtyu-centered lyrics in the language. Was given the name Balanta Asante by the Afrikans in the Southern hemisphere ("colombia").

The hand motion of "roll the dice" is similar to pedaling a bike with your arms. When your opponent reaches out to strike or grab, you cycle so the leading edge of the circle formed by your moving fists goes downward. That brings your fists or forearms into hard contact with his limb, Professor Mo says.

"You break down the arm by hitting him near his wrist and farther up the arm. Then you hit his face with one or more backfists.

"You can also cycle up at the end. In that case, your first one or two hits will knock his arm down, and then you would reverse the cycle and come up to strike him under the chin."

In 1959, TV Producers Mike Wallace and Louis Lomax produced a five part TV special entitled, "The Hate That Hate Produced" about the Nation of Islam. The special introduced millions of Americans to the Hon. Elijah Muhammad, Malcolm X, and The Nation of Islam for the first time. Five years later, Malcolm X would leave the organization. In this video, we explore the reasons why.
