Dr. Oba T’Shaka discusses the life of Amílcar Lopes da Costa Cabral (Portuguese: 12 September 1924 – 20 January 1973); a Bissau-Guinean and Cape Verdean agricultural engineer, intellectual, poet, theoretician, revolutionary, political organizer, nationalist and diplomat. Dr. Oba T'Shaka is een veteraan uit de burgerrechten beweging. Hij was als leider van de burgerrechten beweging van San Fransisco zeer succesvol in het bestrijden van economische apartheid jegens mensen van kleur. Vanwege ziin opmerkelijke staat van dienst willen wij onder meer horen wat dr. T'Shaka te vertellen heeft over de kunst van het leiderschap.
