CORRECTION. Realised I made a mistake near the end. In Naim Akbar text he translates the word Sakhu as "soul". Baba Wade Nobles corrects this in relation to the ritual, translating the word as "Illumination", "Glorification" etc... So I mispoke at the end there. Apologies.

I listened live to this presentation. Very well organized and researched. The discussion on the term spirituality is an intriguing one. I tend to use “can be understood as” rather anything Afrikan is or translated to because of the baggage eurasian languages carry with them.

@Kwadwo Tòkunbọ̀: Yes you are correct. I tend to say "Loosely translates..." and similar language. But I will be more definitive in future.
