Personal Autographed Copy of The Integration Trap the Generation Gap Caused By A Choice Between Two Cultures and the Six Fold Stages to Mental Freedom (ebook) by Dr. Oba T'Shaka http://bit.ly/36gXXi4
-------------------
Going beyond Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome, Dr. Oba T'Shaka and Professor Kaba Kamene reveal these stages as the “Reconstruction of the Black Mind!" the most important gain made by the Civil Rights/Black Power generation and it is the most important inheritance that the Sixties generation passes onto the Hip Hop generation to free minds, spirits and bodies from the Post-Traumatic Slave Syndrome.

Since the post-1968 period Black extended family communities and two-parent households have been weakened by hostile external forces producing the Post Traumatic Drug Culture Syndrome, the Post-Traumatic Death Syndrome, the Post Traumatic Individualistic Syndrome and the Post Traumatic Materialistic Syndrome, that threatens the continued existence of our rich African American culture.

The Six-Fold Stages to Mental Freedom provides the psychological empowerment necessary to heal Black people from these syndromes of oppression the pre-condition for restoring Black People in the United States and worldwide to their historical greatness.

She calls them #BrownLiveGold !! meet Roseanne Mwangi, a serial agri-preneur catching the early worms with her Black soldier fly venture. She believes in creating a sustainable and circular economy.

Here is how she does it..….She processes cut potatoes’ for the hotel industry -- The peelings are used as feed for the black soldier fly--- The fly larvae are rich in protein which she uses to feed her pigs and can feed poultry and fish---The waste from the larvae feed becomes organic manure for our farms. ... and how could I forget. The Pork, Fish, and poultry land on your plate!!!

Bringing people to Africa is one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done. For me, it has everything to do with exposure. Whether someone descends from Africa or not, the exposure to the continent makes all of the difference. The first hand experience with the cultures, the people and the history enlightens in a way a book or video can’t do.

Join us in Africa one day soon!
