Our story follows Satyavati – a young woman from the Araku Valley in Andhra Pradesh, India, as she compels her community to adopt a farming practice that is revolutionizing small-scale farming across India. Zero Budget Natural Farming (ZBNF) is a farming practice that believes in the natural growth of crops without adding any fertilizers and pesticides, or any other foreign elements. After decades of conventional agriculture, farmers in India found themselves in debt traps owing to loans taken to meet the high cost of fertilizers and pesticides. ZBNF promises not only to alleviate farmer debt, but also to increase yields, while alleviating the impacts of climate change, deforestation and land degradation.

Adapted from pieces the original Black Man's Land Trilogy, looking at Kenya's history from colonialism to independence.

With African Nationalism on the rise in Africa and the Civil Rights Movement Growing in the U.S the calls to end colonialism were growing louder. With international pressures mounting the British government to put together one last Hail Mary in hopes to quell the rebellion in Kenya and end "the dreaded Mau Mau terror" - Operation ANVIL was an attempt y the British government to capture all Africans in central Kenya and place them in detention camps in order to put a stop to the Kenya Land Freedom Army.

The video features newsclips from captured members General China and Dedan Kimathi and also takes look at the little known history of Hola and Aguthi camps were captured KLFA members and ordinary Africans were taken, here the experienced horrific and terrifying atrocities. Leaders were hung, members were tortured, and innocent civilians received the same treatment.

It is not always worth it to buy things on the higher end side; so today im going to show that cold brew coffee/iced coffee can be made at home for cheap AND taste better than buying from the supermarket which often contains preservatives, or even from your local coffee shops which tends to have inconsistent product and very expensive. If you would like, i can share where i purchased the filter bag and also i can post my cold brew recipe. Enjoy and asante for watching!!
