She calls them #BrownLiveGold !! meet Roseanne Mwangi, a serial agri-preneur catching the early worms with her Black soldier fly venture. She believes in creating a sustainable and circular economy.
Here is how she does it..….She processes cut potatoes’ for the hotel industry -- The peelings are used as feed for the black soldier fly--- The fly larvae are rich in protein which she uses to feed her pigs and can feed poultry and fish---The waste from the larvae feed becomes organic manure for our farms. ... and how could I forget. The Pork, Fish, and poultry land on your plate!!!
How more circular can one get? Bravo!

1 Organic pineapple
1 can organic coconut milk
1 Large Kichen Knife
Juicer and/or blender
Pineapple corer
Can opener
1. Turn the pineapple on its side and chop off the top as shown.
2. Take the corer and remove the pineapple down to within a quarter inch of the base.
Note: Don't core too far down or you will puncture the base of the pineapple. If you do that your pina colada will spill out of the bottom when you try to refill the rind.
2. Turn it on at the pineapple setting and put the pineapple in the juicer. Turn off when finished.
3. Open the can of coconut milk.
4. Add a 4 or ounce can of coconut milk and the juice pineapple in a glass blender. Optionally you can add some of the pulp from the juicing to get the fiber and the nutrients.
If you don't have a blender you can stir the ingredients together with a spoon or put in a jar with a lid and shake vigorously.
5. Pour the Pina Colada back into the rind.
6. Drink from the rind directly or with a straw.
Pineapple is a good source of vitamin C, manganese, and B1 and B6. Don't let your pina colada sit in open-air for very long.
It might be good to pair similar nutrient supplements with your pina colada for improved absorption of those nutrients.
The best way to get the nutrients is to drink your pina colada quickly. The more contact with oxygen the more the vitamin oxidizes and breaks down. In other words, the vitamin C loses its potency and you lose the nutritional value.
Pineapple and coconut are both immune builders.

Scene from Sam Greenlee's 1973 film "The Spook Who Sat by the Door". http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0070726/
From Wikipedia: It is both a satire of the civil rights struggle in the United States of the late 1960s and a serious attempt to focus on the issue of black militancy. Dan Freeman, the titular protagonist, is enlisted in the Central Intelligence Agency's elitist espionage program as its token black. Upon mastering agency tactics, however, he drops out to train young Chicago blacks as "Freedom Fighters." As a story of one man's reaction to ruling-class hypocrisy, the film is loosely autobiographical and personal.
Presentation given by Mambo Dr. Ama Mazama, Per-aat Universelle, Afrocentrentricity International - April 12, 2015 at the Molefi K. Asante institute in Philadelphia, Pa.

We have organised a press conference for the 15th of December at Solomons Beach Bar and Restaurant at 4pm in Kololi Palma Rima
LAST CHANCE TO MAKE YOUR SUBMISSION TO THE CRC
Please come to the last date of the CRC at Kanifing Municipality at 10am on the 16th of December if you are living in the Gambia and are from the Diaspora.
YOUR SKELETON LETTER TO ASK THE CRC TO REVIEW AND RECONSIDER AND AMEND THE DRAFT CONSTITUTION, SECTION 16 TO INCLUDE AUTOMATIC CITIZENSHIP TO ADOS LAND OWNERS AND PROPERTY OWNERS AND INVESTORS. PLEASE SEE THE LETTER BELOW
Your letter can state the following:
Dear Secretariat,
Re CRC Commission Submission
I have been made aware of section's 257 and 258 of the Draft Constitution.
I have some recommendation with regard to section 16 with regards to Citizenship also.
1. Diasporans that live own land and property in the Gambia are investors in the Gambia and are of African Descent and we would Gambia to follow in the footsteps of Ghana and Sierra Leone in uniting with the Disapora in offering automatic citizenship to African Gambian Descendants of the enslaved Africans in the Diaspora. This amendment to section 16 would demonstrate Gambia's commitment to unify and to invite inward investment to Diasporas and prevent them from the effects of the unfavorable land rights in section 257 and 258. We are asking for an exemption and exception to be made in our regards as this would be very damaging to both the relationships with the ADOS- African Descendant of Enslaved Africans world wide who may no longer wish to consider heritage tourism and property ownership and inward invest or aid to The Gambia and this would indicate that we are not welcome in The Gambia. We should not be lumped in the same category as others as we are actually coming home to build and develop and to create job opportunities and develop the infrastructure of the Gambia. There has been a long history of returnee's including Alex Haley, Automatic citizenship was offered previously at the Roots Festival and this was an excellent vehicle for us to be invited into the Gambian society to be welcomed back. We hope the Gambian society see our long term benefits to the country and engage in change the demonstrates to us that they value our contributions and offer us Automatic Citizenship so we will not be impacted by section 257 and 258 as this must be done before the sections 257 and 258 negatively impact upon ADOS investors, land owners and home owners.
Your Truly
