The Mis-Education of the Negro – Carter G. Woodson (Audiobook)

The Mis-Education of the Negro by Dr. Carter G. Woodson is one of the most influential works in Black intellectual history. First published in 1933, this book exposes how colonial and Eurocentric education systems shape Black consciousness, distort self-image, and reinforce psychological dependence.

In this audiobook, Woodson challenges listeners to rethink education, leadership, culture, and liberation—arguing that true freedom begins with mental decolonization and self-knowledge.

This audiobook is shared for educational and historical purposes, supporting African-centered learning, Black political education, and the preservation of revolutionary Black thought.

📘 This audiobook is essential for:
• Students of Black history and education
• Pan-Africanists and cultural organizers
• Educators and lifelong learners
• Anyone seeking to understand systemic indoctrination and liberation

🎧 Listen carefully. This book is not meant to entertain—it is meant to awaken.

📚 Shared for educational purposes. No copyright infringement intended.

Thirty-five years ago string theory took physics by storm, promising the coveted unified theory of nature’s forces that Einstein valiantly sought but never found. In the intervening decades, string theory has brought a collection of mind-boggling possibilities into the lexicon of mainstream thinking—extra dimensions of space, holographic worlds, and multiple universes. Some researchers view these developments as symptoms of string theory having lost its way. Others argue that string theory, although very much still a work in progress, is revealing stunning new qualities of reality. Join leading minds in theoretical physics for a whirlwind ride through the twists and turns of string theory—its past, its future, and what it tells us about the search for the universe’s final theory.

In this gripping and unapologetic speech delivered in South Africa, H.E. Dr. Arikana Chihombori-Quao, a former African Union Ambassador and passionate advocate for African unity, calls out African leaders on issues of accountability, sovereignty, and progress. Dr. Arikana’s powerful words shed light on critical topics facing the African continent today, from economic independence to neocolonialism, urging leaders to take a stand and fight for a truly independent and self-sustaining Africa.

With her characteristic passion and deep insight, Dr. Arikana addresses the longstanding challenges that continue to hinder Africa's progress and calls upon leaders to rise to the occasion. This speech is a clarion call for African leaders to prioritize their citizens, unite for the continent’s betterment, and resist external influences that keep Africa divided and dependent.

Tune in to witness Dr. Arikana’s compelling vision for Africa’s future and her urgent message to the leaders entrusted with shaping it. This is more than a speech – it’s a wake-up call for every African leader and citizen invested in the continent’s transformation.

when it comes to what people now call "consciousness", i was lucky to be exposed to the teachings at an early age. for that, i am so thankful. but i remember going back to some of my early teachers and having them tell me, quite candidly, what was missing from their own development. we have the chance to redress some of those deficiencies in this generation. dr.umar is, without question, a bright individual. he truly is.

as brothers, we should NEVER allow anybody to slander him. EVER. we should be comfortable with saying I RESPECT UMAR JOHNSON without having to give a bunch of disclaimers and qualifying statements. we should be glad to see him succeed. we should learn from his example and avoid whatever pitfalls he has fallen into. who among us has not been caught up in this system, which targets black men from birth??? who doesn't remember what they did to black boys in elementary school, in high school, at the mall, walking the street? i respect umar johnson.

his work is valuable.
