📜 The Haitian Revolution: The War of Knives - With the end of slavery in French colonies and the withdrawal of Spanish troops from the conflict, it looked like everything was going Toussaint L'Ouverture's way. There was just one little thorn in his side... André Rigaud. There had been a long-standing rivalry between the two men. But as the conflict with external powers seems to come to an end, this internal struggle is about to become explosive. And thus began The War of Knives.

Whenever we go back in history, all of the religions that we subscribe to were introduced to us while we were in “servitude” and in "slavery".
The people who were oppressing us gave the religions many black people consider holy and sacred.

The MK Party will celebrate its first anniversary at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban in December. The party, which is eyeing the eThekwini Municipality in the upcoming local government elections, has recently welcomed ANC and EFF members to its ranks.
