Bla Xit meet up with Troy during his first day back in the Gambia. Troy has travelled to the Gambia four times and he is in love with the country. Bla Xit found him accommodation during his stay at the Sea View hotel.

After the trip to Bunce Island, We went to a Rice Festival at Makeni University they were great hosts. Bla Xit family you know I love food especially African food. Could you imagine my delight when we were given a choice of 20 different rice dishes that reflected the Gullah Gechee and Sierra Leone Rice connections.
