Namibia has discovered oil and gas.
The story of King Leopold of Belgium’s brutal regime in the Congo Free State, during the late 19th century, is one of the darkest and most important in global history. It is a story of horror - the murky depths of the human soul pushed to its primal limits, European colonialism and the first Scramble for Africa, royalty and politics, celebrity, and modernity. From that pit of depravity, in which the Congolese people endured unimaginable suffering at the hands of their dehumanising western drivers, the first human rights campaign was born, and one of the most seminal novels of all time. So, how was it that the Congo, Africa’s as yet unplundered, un-impenetrable, and deeply mysterious core in the late 1870’s, became the private financial reservoir of one ambitious monarch, while Europe looked on? What occurred during the reign of terror he unleashed there, and why? And, who was King Leopold himself, the troubled, cunning and utterly twisted individual behind it all?
Join Dominic and Tom as they lead us - following in the footsteps of Henry Morton Stanley, the explorer who first pierced the shadowy veil of the Congo in Africa’s interior, and let it bleed into the hands of King Leopold himself - deep into the heart of darkness. As the curtain is lifted from the Congo’s formerly obscuring unknowability, her people's grotesque future of abominable exploitation is revealed, along with man’s capacity for evil, and the demonic greed of one man in particular…

NIGERIANS ARE STILL MOVING TO NIGERIA |Nigerians in the diaspora are investing in Nigeria #Lifestyle
This video is about how Nigerians are still moving to Nigeria even now. Iveoma chats with Samson Nwakanma, founder of The Returnees, Uriel Oputa, Media Personality/Entrepreneur, and Yemmie Lawal, founder of Yemmie Chocolate.
Nigerians are still moving home to invest in the country. To chase their Nigerian dreams. They are invested in the outcome and willing to sink time, money, energy, and hope into Nigeria, into their businesses and careers.
It’s inspiring that they acted on the pull they feel to Nigeria to act as investors in the country. Recently, we attended a Returnees focused networking event in Lagos and chatted with some Nigerian returnees.

Elder Cecil Gutzmore explores how the concept of "Race" has shifted to meet the demands of White Power since the onset of Mass European War II.
Dr. Wilson said: We are most apathetic in those areas that if we were not, we would challenge the authorities. In this lecture concerning Black on Black violence, Dr. Wilson connects the dots between psychological states of conscious, falsified history, economic castration, miseducation and domination. If we are to understand violence, we must understand states of consciousness, what we think about ourselves, and what we think about others.

September Jazz
It's time to farewell with pretty Summer
The days grow short in golden slumber.
The air is bright and in the streets
September leaves swing gently from the trees.
I'm walking down the avenue of Dreams,
I hear the song September sings,
The crystal sky reflecting in my eyes
And shows the truth with there's no lies.
My heart is deep in love & blue,
Nobody but September knows the true.
My silent friend, come take me to the Autumn stars
And sing with me the same September Jazz...

It was an enlightening conversation with host Annick Jackman and Dr. Aris on how to live a healthier lifestyle by addressing the food we eat so we aren't "digging our graves with our forks".
