Fight For Your Rights ( Lyrics )
Intro
For far too long Babylon
Have us in derision
I’n’I say Africa for the Africans
Home and Abroad.
Verse 1.
Take us back to Africa
Land of the Moors
When I’n’I ancestors were
Rulers before Europe invaded
Raided traded capitalized from
Slavery exist an ancient place
The black oasis
Sun burnt face
Most sacred melanin skins
Conquered kingdoms transcending
The Continent Of Africa from begin
First civilization of a Carbon sovereign
Great pharaohs czars and Kong’s
Build monuments
Erect temples for offering
Astronomical precision plot the Gaza Pyramid
Alchemist access the knowledge of science and gnosis
What mek you think them wah extinct shot off the Sphinx nose
Terrorize mi country with conflict so they can impose them forces
Deprive a Nation Of it’s own resource
They Profit while we suffer the lost.
Chorus.
Fight for your rights
Fight for your life
I’n’I as Africans must all unite
Mi tell dem
Fight for your rights
Fight for your life
Step mi haffi step it out a Rome
Verse 2.
Hmmm
We’ll be returning to the place on earth
The sunburnt faces were
Inhabitants the first
Fertile field land desert
Conquered to rulers
Africans I say we must reverse
This curse is to remain inert
Thinking we were made to serve
The Motherland awaiting her creators sons and daughters
To restore the heritage and traditions
Of forefathers
Sativa on a Order
Yes wi come to master the
Principles of the Maat
Living it pure, as clean as waters
Ancestors thought of Knowledge;
which is sort of
Indicative to where they build the pyramid;
Them after riches of the continent
Strategically plan events to implement their system of a New World Order
Man made disasters
Invade then share in quarters
Conspiring to cast a doubt as if black was the last of any race
to take its place when In Addis Ababa
On the citadel life force a swell
Commence to ever after.
Chorus
Fight ht for your rights
Fight for your life
I’n’I as Africans must all unite
Mi tell dem
Fight for your rights
Fight for your life
Step mi haffi step it out a Rome
Mi trodding home

The Toubou [Tabu, Tebu] of Southern Libya in the immediate Aftermath of the overthrow of Muammar Gaddafi by NATO. [2011]
For the first time in 42 years, a camera enters Southern Libya in what was forbidden territory under the Gaddafi regime.
Shortly after Gaddafi’s demise, we accompany members of the disgraced Tabu tribe along the road to their impoverished desert territory near the Algeria-Niger-Chad borders 1000 Km from Tripoli.
"The god who created the earth; who created the sun that gives us light. The god who holds up the ocean; who makes the thunder roar. Our God who has ears to hear. You who are hidden in the clouds; who watch us from where you are. You see all that the white has made us suffer. The white man's god asks him to commit crimes. But the god within us wants to do good. Our god, who is so good, so just, He orders us to revenge our wrongs. It's He who will direct our arms and bring us the victory. It's He who will assist us. We all should throw away the image of the white men's god who is so pitiless. Listen to the voice for liberty that speaks in all our hearts.” - Dutty Bookman

Dr. John Henrik Clarke waxes eloquent in this excerpt taken from an interview in the 1990's. Dr. Clarke was one of the greatest historians of the 20th century and a mentor to many. This segment can be seen in its entirety at: Harambetv.com
Full presentation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q1GFqTGpvzg
This is the fuller version of the presentation I delivered at the Re-Engaging Pan-Africanism Conference at Birmingham City University, Dec 2018.
The presentation explores the relationship between Culture & Economics as an attempt to:
Rescue "culture" from reductive definitions by demonstrating the relationship between it & economic development.
Demonstrate how revolutionary movements have pursued economic development from a culturally appropriate foundation.
Its pre-recorded, but will be broadcast with a live chat. I look forward to hearing your feedback.

MALCOLM X I'M A DEAD MAN ALREADY
Sewer systems are essential to modern plumbing. Every time you flush a toilet, use a sink, or take a shower, you create liquid waste of varying chemical makeups that has to be transported and treated. You could just flush it into a septic tank, but these tanks require maintenance and come with a host of other issues when integrated en masse for modern cities. We have to manage our waste because it stinks, it contains deadly bacteria, and it has dangerous chemicals that could affect the environment.
You probably know that wastewater gets treated at a wastewater treatment plant, but let's take a look at how it gets there: sewer systems.

Trees for Food Security Project goal is to enhance food security for resource-poor people in rural Eastern Africa through research that supports national programmes to scale up the use of trees within farming systems in Ethiopia and Rwanda and then scale out successes to relevant ago-ecological zones in Uganda and Burundi.
Through the project, 5 Rural Resource Centers (2 in Rwanda, 2 Ethiopia and 1 in Uganda) and nurseries to enhance training and supply of improved tree germplasm have been established. The RRCs have provided business opportunities for farmer groups and unemployed youth particularly through grafted fruit trees.

Neuromarketing: How Companies Are Studying Your Brain for Profit | Investigative Documentary from 2012
More and more companies are turning to neuromarketing. This controversial practice involves studying consumers’ brains, analyzing how and why we respond to certain stimuli, in order to influence our decisions. It’s based on the idea that 90% of the decisions we make are taken at a subconscious level. If a brand can speak directly to our ‘gut instinct’, bypassing reason, they will sell more products. One company that has used neuromarketing is McDonald’s. They developed a perfume that was subtly diffused in restaurants to increase brand association and boost sales. Proctor & Gamble also tried a similar trick. Sales of Ariel washing powder increased by 70% after an artificial perfume was placed under the lid.
